Mill Forest Dental Group (“we”, “us”) operates millforestdental.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
This policy covers the website only. It is not our Notice of Privacy Practices. Your dental records and any protected health information we hold as your provider are governed by HIPAA and by the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at the office. Please do not send health details, insurance numbers, or other sensitive information by email. Call us at (281) 204-8100 instead.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. This website no longer has a contact or appointment form, so you do not submit personal information to us through it. Appointment booking, payments, and our membership plan are handled on separate websites run by Yapi, iPOSpays, and DentalHQ, each with its own privacy policy. You can also call or email us directly using the details below.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics and Duo Group Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies in your browser. You can block or delete these in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on.

Booking, payments, and our membership plan are handled on separate websites run by Yapi, iPOSpays, and DentalHQ. When you follow one of those links you leave this site and their own privacy policies apply.

How Long We Keep It
The website no longer collects enquiries, so nothing new is stored. Enquiries received through the old website form are kept for 24 months from the date they were sent and are then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and is then deleted automatically.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop using your information for a given purpose

Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. We treat minors as patients at the office with a parent or guardian involved.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
